A tale of Human Centered AI – Failures and challenges in design AI services

Investments in AI in 2020, despite the issues created by COVID-19, are not reducing. In 30% of cases, investments will increase. IT decision makers consider AI projects extremely important for success of their company, but reports say only 20% of analytic insights will deliver business outcomes and only 15% of use cases leveraging AI techniques will be successful. There are many reasons but for me the most important is the lack of real organization for AI-driven services. I will suggest an alternative approach that may inspire a change.
